• 3+ Years of experience in Salesforce development.
• Author the technical design specification.
• Contribute to key deployment documentation.
• Develop custom configuration code without modify standard platform/base product (if any).
• Develop and document regression, as well as use case and unit testing scenarios.
• Define and monitor compliance with code Check-in, backup/recovery, and versioning processes.
• Participate in testing and validation of the integration.
• Contribute to knowledge transfer process.
• Manage envisioning client workshops, user research (planning, execution, and reporting), personas /scenarios/Journey maps, Interaction flows & sitemaps, story boarding, wire frames, prototypes, usability testing.
