ABOUT THE ROLE:

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our Information Technology team.
This is a permanent role responsible for supporting the definition, development, implementation and technical support of Salesforce Field Services (SFS) and related systems in the Corporate and Field Technology Domain.
This includes developing and supporting the development of innovative software solutions that deliver agreed business benefits, setting agreed standards, working closely with 3rd party development services, ensuring the deployment of all aspects of software solutions, and supporting the ongoing technical operation of software solutions.
The ideal candidate will have strong salesforce product knowledge and salesforce development hands on experience that they will bring to this exciting opportunity in our IT team.
Please note this role will require you to be placed on a 1 in 4 roster (with remuneration) and a hybrid working arrangement of a minimum of 3 days in the office.

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE YOU’LL HAVE:

• Tertiary qualifications in IT/Computer Science or business-related discipline (preferred)
• Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least working ecperience of Salesforce development
• Demonstrated ability to work within cross-functional teams, and experience working in a multi-sourced environment required
• Strong experience with front end development using one or more object orientated languages
• Experience in ITIL or equivalent Service Management methodologies.
• Ability to effectively drive people, process and technology change in a dynamic and complex operating environment
• Certifications and/or experience in application of ITIL and COBIT frameworks (advantageous)
• Salesforce Administration certification (preferred)
• Salesforce JavaScript Developer I certification (preferred)
• Salesforce Platform App Builder certification (preferred)
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (preferred)
• Agile certification or equivalent experience (desirable)
