JOB SUMMARY:

The Salesforce Developer & IT Support Specialist contributes to ActivateWork’s mission by providing technical support for staff and learners, ensuring seamless IT operations, and developing customized Salesforce solutions. This role involves significant collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance both technical and business processes. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce development skills, IT support expertise, and experience with Microsoft 365, contributing to the efficient use of technology at ActivateWork.

REQUIREMENT SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption.
• Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
• Strong data management abilities
• A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
• Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
• Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds
• ADM201 certification is required.
• PD1 certification is required.
• ADM211 certification is preferred but not mandatory.
