OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

As a Salesforce Platform Developer, you will be a key member of our consulting team and will work closely with our business stakeholders to design, develop, test, and implement Salesforce solutions that drive business value and improve user experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING IN THE ROLE:

• Ensure the developed solution adheres to standards of efficiency, scalability, security, and maintainability;
• Utilize SFDX, Microsoft Visual Studio Code, Salesforce Lightning Design System, and adhere to the Salesforce development lifecycle for system development;
• Employ custom coding languages including Apex, Aura, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web components to create tailored solutions;
• Implement declarative development techniques using Flows;
• Conduct comprehensive unit testing on all custom code developed by the developer;
• Offer ongoing support and troubleshoot issues related to implemented solutions.

WHAT SKILLS / QUALIFICATIONS YOU’LL NEED TO DO THE JOB:

• University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience with programming languages such as Apex, Java, JavaScript, PHP, C# as well as LWC and the Salesforce Lightning Design System.
• Experience in Salesforce declarative development tools such as process builder, workflow rules and Flows.
• Experience with Salesforce Translation Workbench and multi-lingual implementations.
• Experience using Agile tools such as Scrumworks, Jira, Git, Copado, Azure DevOps, etc. .
• Development experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.
