• Design and develop custom applications in the Salesforce platform including but not limited to, Apex, VisualForce Pages, Triggers, Flows, Approval Processes, assignment/escalation rules.
• Work cross-functionally with other engineering teams, such as product development and Interface development.
• Author technical design documentation that fully defines all application code and the underlying methodology for the design decisions made.
• Troubleshoot issues, Identify complex problems and analyze potential solutions including workarounds as well as provide timely fixes.
• Confidently bring value to any team with exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and innovative process optimization abilities.
