Description:

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed university degree or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of work experience as a Salesforce Developer, with extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the Salesforce ecosystem (ideally Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce Lightning, and Mulesoft).
  • Expertise in APEX programming language (experience with large data sets and bulkification)
  • Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL and SOSL
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST\SOAP APIs, middleware tools (e.g. Mulesoft), and other integration technologies.
  • Experience in Salesforce sandbox CI\CD using SFDX, along with proficiency with Git and DevOps processes or their equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security model and best practices
  • Experience working in agile environments, preferably in a SCRUM framework, delivering projects iteratively and efficiently.
  • Proven ability to build flexible, scalable, and maintainable solutions for international companies, with a focus on innovation and quality.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting directly with end-users, stakeholders, and senior management to gather requirements and deliver the best solutions.
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for taking ownership of projects. Demonstrated ability to work independently and proactively and as part of a team in a fast-paced agile environment.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Developer certifications such as Salesforce Platform Developer I and II, Salesforce CPQ Specialist or JavaScript Developer I .
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, German is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate and Innovate: Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and design the best solutions. Take full ownership of your tickets from conception to delivery.
  • Feature Development: Design, develop, and deliver new Salesforce features across Sales and Service Cloud using a mix of High-Code, Low-Code, and No-Code solutions.
  • Integration Mastery: Integrate our Salesforce landscape with the rest of Statista’s Tech world (Marketing Tech / Finance Tech / etc.) via Mulesoft, enhancing our platform’s capabilities.
  • Tech Stack Enhancement: Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of third-party apps within our sales-tech stack, such as document management, backup solutions and duplicate check tools.
  • Data Management: Tackle complex processes like mass data management, ensuring data integrity and efficiency.
  • Advanced Support: Provide high-level support for our administrators on complex support requests, ensuring smooth and efficient system operations.
  • System Refactoring: Evaluate and identify areas for enhancement, focusing on system optimization and code quality. Refactor and redevelop existing systems to improve performance, scalability, and maintainability. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to streamline processes and boost overall system efficiency.
