YOUR MISSION

• Lead and manage a team of Salesforce developers
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex and other technologies
• Develop custom applications and integrations on the Salesforce platform
• Manage Salesforce releases and deployments
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure that solutions meet their needs
• Mentor and coach team members to help them develop their skills
• Ensure code quality and best practices are maintained across the team
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technology and trends
• Manage project timelines and budgets
