The Salesforce Developer is responsible for designing, coding, testing, and maintaining Salesforce applications to meet the business needs for a diverse set of internal stakeholders. The person in this role works with both internal stakeholders and other team members such as Business Analysts to understand customers’ business needs, then translates stakeholder requirements and user stories into practical and effective solutions built using the Salesforce platform.
This role applies technical expertise to build applications and integrations using Apex, Flows, and Lightning Web Components (LWCs). This role participates in data and org migrations, and so should know how to leverage DataWeave scripting in Apex or the equivalent to accomplish data transformations programmatically. The Salesforce Developer may, as needed, occasionally support the Salesforce Support Desk by working on internal-customer support tickets. And as a member of the Sales Effectiveness team, the SFDC Developer also participates in all team development activities including sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and stand-up meetings.
This position reports to our Denver, Colorado, USA location, with a shift that requires four overlapping hours with US Mountain time.
