Overview:
Position Overview: VTG is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Developer to serve as an integrator between business needs and technical solutions. Must be able to work creatively and efficiently to solve difficult technical problems.
Responsibilities:
- Developing custom applications and performing unit testing using Salesforce.com APEX and Visualforce pages
- Performing data migration using Salesforce.com Data Loader
- Designing and developing functionalities and web integration using Apex, Designing user interfaces using Visualforce pages
- Using Force.com IDE to deploy and migrate applications
- Utilizing Eclipse as a platform for development, testing and code deployment
- Sales Cloud or Service Cloud experience
- Technical understanding of Lightning
- Firm Understanding Force.com, Communities, Service Cloud
- Understanding of Salesforce Design and Development Best Practices, Apex Design Parameters, Governor Limits, Shared Platform Best Practices
Familiarity with Agile Development MethodologyCollaborate effectively across teams
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Software engineering skills with Java SE & EE (Java, JSF, SQL)
- Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.)
- Prior experience with data migration and ETL/integration tools a plus
- Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder
