About the Role
As we embark on an exciting phase of business transformation, we’re looking for a Salesforce Engineer to design, deploy, and manage custom solutions across various Salesforce clouds such as Health, Nonprofit, and Marketing, ensuring they meet our diverse organisational needs.
This isn’t just any Salesforce Engineer role; it’s your opportunity to be at the forefront of a digital transformation in healthcare, making services more integrated and seamless for users across our hospitals, aged care, community care, and national services. Join us on a permanent full-time basis at our new Melbourne head office.
What Will You Do?
Work within our Architecture and Solutions team, including a Salesforce Architect, Product Owner, Test Manger, your peers and others to Implement and maintain Salesforce best practices, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and flows.
Work with the latest and greatest Salesforce technology, including OmniStudio and Einstein 1 to name a couple.
Work with your peers on building out solutions from user stories generated by the Product Owner to continually improve the service.
Provide technical support and training to Salesforce users across the organisation to ensure smooth adoption and efficient use of the platform.
