Job Description

KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS

We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, driven, and have a passion to be part of a fast-paced, successful team. Being a strong team player is also important as well as someone who is happy to work flexibly.

  • Certified Salesforce.com Administrator (ADM-201) or equivalent experience
  • Awareness of APEX and Visual Force
  • Business analysis and process re-engineering is desirable.
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with strong knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; must be able to work well with multiple departments
  • Strong planning and organizational skills; must be able to effectively prioritize competing tasks and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrable experience in troubleshooting Salesforce and associated processes and procedures
  • Experience working with diverse, distributed large-scale and complex datasets
  • Experience with marketing and/or fulfillment processes
  • Familiarity with basic order management and fulfillment applications
  • Previous customer service experience Salesforce
  • CPQ Experience or equivalent SaaS CPQ applications.
  • Certified Salesforce.com Platform App Builder or equivalent experience

Responsibilities:

THE ROLE

  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue on our path of digital growth, covering not only our digital platforms, back-office systems & supporting processes.As a Salesforce Administrator you will join a global team that is delivering a company wide, best-in-class CRM platform to support our growing business. The platform is designed to be a closed-loop system supporting lead generation, opportunity management, order to cash and an automated fulfilment system.This is a complex landscape, supporting end-users, delivering enhancements, and supporting challenging projects. You will be central to the adoption and success of the CRM platform and ensuring the user gain maximum benefit from it. You will be a highly motivated, solution centric individual who works well in a team environment.This is a hands-on role, you will be a highly collaborative individual, and will work closely with other members of the delivery team, as well as working closely with Sales, Marketing, Technology, Customer Service & Operational teams and external vendors.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

You will directly support:

  • Salesforce MFA & SSO
  • LeanData
  • DocuSign
  • Dunn & Bradstreet (D&B)

Using the following tools:

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, resolve & escalate where required, the Support tickets for the Salesforce CRM platform
  • Help identify and resolve errors, define and enforce standards for data quality
  • Maintain tracking and reporting of Support tickets, including maintenance and improvement to the Salesforce Case management build in conjunction with the CRM Support Manager
  • Perform configuration of the Salesforce.com platform to provide the Business with regular incremental improvements to Salesforce.
  • Support CRM Project team with configuration, testing and training activities
  • Work with the Project team to identify and rectify technical debt

HOW YOU’LL DO IT

  • Gain intimate knowledge of the CRM applications and how they impact the flow of customer and order information with an eye toward improving workflow and centralizing data
  • Use analytical skills, an eye for detail & strong problem-solving skills to complete Salesforce Support tickets
  • Handle multiple activities with extreme accuracy
  • Establish a thorough understanding of business data model and internal data infrastructure/architecture as it relates to management of customer data
  • Collaborate with fellow team members and key stakeholders to understand business goals to improve current processes
  • Maintain delivery focused with a ‘can do’ attitude
