- Solid background working as functional/business analyst implementing Salesforce Solutions in enterprise organisations.
- Can capably demonstrate where you have used your initiative to help clarify and solve business problems with innovative ideas across a variety of project types and industries.
- Experience in working in and Agile delivery model.
- Energy, enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- Holding core Salesforce Certifications (including Admin, Sales, Service,)
Responsibilities:
As a Salesforce Functional Lead(Manager), you’ll work alongside a team of like-minded individuals within the Salesforce community and partner closely with our clients on a wide variety of collaborative and innovative engagements. You’ll be:
- Engaging effectively with stakeholders, driving key relationships and assisting the clients to work out their requirements, to reach excellent outcomes for the business.
- Gathering, analysing and documenting business requirements, ensuring they are documented in the most appropriate method for the customer.
- Facilitating workshops, conducting one on one interviews, process mapping and utilising other methods including developing User Stories, and likely working to Agile sprint cycles.
- Working closely with developers and architect’s consultants to configure and develop features aligned to design standards
- Advising on best practice of the platform from a functional perspective and aligning to requirements
- Mentoring and guiding junior functional analysts.
