We leverage our strategic relationship with Salesforce to equip organizations with expert knowledge, as well as implement our existing in-depth understanding of architectures, technology stacks, and partners to guide our customers through the complex digital transformation initiatives.
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect with a strong consulting mindset, product expertise, and deep knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem - specifically in Loyalty Cloud and Salesforce Loyalty Management. In this role, you will lead loyalty program implementations, optimize earn/redeem processes, and design scalable solutions that drive customer engagement and business growth.
Travel Requirement: Up to 50% travel to Bethesda, MD, with increased onsite presence (2-4 days/week) during the first 2-3 months, then tapering off.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • Hospitality industry experience, Loyalty program execution experience
  • Experience implementing Salesforce Loyalty Management for at least one customer
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce configuration and customization of Salesforce Loyalty Management
  • Program / Tier / Benefit mapping
  • Global promotion management
  • Loyalty earn/ redeem process understanding along with escrow concept
  • Understanding of Data Processing Engine and process builder
  • Understanding of Decision Tables and batch process
  • Large scale workshop planning and execution
  • Experience leading discovery sessions, defining business requirements, writing user stories and providing detailed system and functional designs
  • Experience in documenting business processes and wire-framing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs
  • Expert level experience defining the system architecture landscape, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering a comprehensive solution that will enable achievement of the desired business outcomes
  • Strong presentation skills; able to effectively present a point of view and clearly articulate the rationale to a variety of collaborators
  • Detailed individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal; able to effectively develop materials that are appropriate for the audience

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Implement Loyalty Solutions – Architect and deploy Salesforce Loyalty Cloud solutions, ensuring scalability and business alignment.
  • Define System Architecture – Identify gaps, optimize processes, and deliver comprehensive Salesforce-based solutions.
  • Loyalty Program Configuration – Develop and manage tier structures, benefits, and earn/redeem workflows.
  • Process Automation & Customization – Configure Decision Tables, Data Processing Engine, and batch processes to enhance system efficiency.
  • Lead Discovery & Stakeholder Alignment – Conduct workshops, define business requirements, and translate them into actionable designs.
  • Ensure Best Practices & Innovation – Stay ahead of Salesforce trends, optimize performance, and drive continuous improvement.
