The Salesforce Marketing Cloud Development Team Chief will be responsible for leading and managing a team of up to 8 developers, focusing on delivering high-quality solutions within the Marketing Cloud environment. This role encompasses overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from requirements clarification and estimation to technical solutions, development, deployment, and post-implementation support.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and architecture
  • At least 2 years of experience leading and managing a development team
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions within the Marketing Cloud environment
  • Strong technical proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including system design and integrations
  • Ability to lead and manage a team of developers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and support
  • Experience in overseeing the entire development lifecycle, from requirements clarification to post-implementation support
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to ensure the team’s success and the delivery of business value

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of up to 8 developers, providing mentorship, technical guidance, and support
  • Oversee task allocation within the team, ensuring an efficient distribution of work based on skillsets and workload
  • Foster a collaborative and transparent team culture, encouraging continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to monitor team member progress, address any issues, and support their professional development
