We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Analyst - CPQ/CLM - Remote Canada Position to join our team in Toronto, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA). Candidates must reside in Canada
Job Description: As a Salesforce Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and interpreting customer data to uncover needs and opportunities. This position involves working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional Agile teams-including engineers and designers-to influence product strategies and ensure successful outcomes. Your insights will directly contribute to the development and refinement of products and services that meet both customer and business objectives.
Job Function/Day to Day
- Working closely with our business stakeholders, Product Managers, and Product Owners to comprehend the business processes at a detailed level.
- Creating and owning user stories/business requirements documents as an outcome of the requirements gathering sessions and detailing out the user stories in the agile sprints for the scrum team to work upon. * Attending daily stand-ups, story-pointing meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure progress on requests and removal of blockers.
- Identifying business process improvements and opportunities for automation.
- Documenting work using flow charts, written descriptions, screenshots, and videos.
- Participating in roadmap planning, and identifying touch points in multi-cloud implementations.
- Applying knowledge, skills, and judgment to make decisions and resolve issues.
- Reacting to process and product-related questions and escalating issues to the correct team or to the management as necessary.
- As required, participating in the UAT and Go-Live process, including test planning, development of test scripts, test execution, and status reporting.
- Developing strong client relationships by building trust, rapport, and positive working relationships with both stakeholders and team members.
Required Qualifications.
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software as a Product Analyst or Product Owner.
- 5+ years of experience within CPQ and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management and Automation)
- 5+ years of experience working in and delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Proven capability to understand business strategies and application objectives, and translate those requirements into effective implementation designs.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.
- Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with the Business stakeholders to drive the discussion.
- Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline.
- Strong understanding of both business and technical requirements.
- Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
