We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Analyst - CPQ/CLM - Remote Canada Position
As a Salesforce Product Analyst, you will play a crucial role in understanding and interpreting customer data to uncover needs and opportunities. This position involves working closely with Product Managers, Product Owners, and cross-functional Agile teams-including engineers and designers-to influence product strategies and ensure successful outcomes. Your insights will directly contribute to the development and refinement of products and services that meet both customer and business objectives.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS.
5+ years of experience in enterprise software as a Product Analyst or Product Owner.
2+ years of experience within CPQ and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management and Automation)
5+ years of experience working in and delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem
Proven capability to understand business strategies and application objectives, and translate those requirements into effective implementation designs.
Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos.
Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with the Business stakeholders to drive the discussion.
Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline.
Strong understanding of both business and technical requirements.
Experience with agile methodologies and tools.
