We are currently seeking a Salesforce Product Owner - CPQ/Q2C - Remote Canada Position to join our team in Canada, Ontario (CA-ON), Canada (CA).
Job Description: Our Salesforce Product Owners are fundamental to ensuring the digital technology and related services that NTT DATA builds for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The work of Salesforce Product Owners will provide our clients and team with support, leadership, and direction to make sure projects are executed well and to deliver the engagement as promised. Day to Day/Job Function Must have experience working on quote to cash domain and Force.com Platform. Work with business groups to understand demand Collaborate with the business to develop detailed requirements High-level solution design and architecture Lead many of the Agile ceremonies and will ensure the team meets its goals on time and within budget. Managing integration across the platform is also a key role Partner with internal business leads and external advertising customers to solve complex technical problems. Being a strategic critical thinker who is excited about tackling challenging open-ended problems and enjoys coming up with innovative solutions is key to this role. Taking end-to-end ownership of customers’ technical issues, including initial troubleshooting, identification of root cause and issue resolution and external communication is a key part of this role. Write clear, detailed, and high-quality project specs. Proactively manage timelines and priorities and carry an execution-oriented mindset to work through tasks efficiently. Work cross functionally with engineering, business operations and business development to tackle various requests and manage the entire project from solution ideation, development, testing, deployment, measurement and refinement/iterations. Contribute to the development of support resources such as internal knowledge base articles and troubleshooting documentation to enhance the team’s efficiency.
Required Qualifications 6+ years of experience in enterprise software as a Product Owner 2+ years of recent experience in Salesforce CPQ 2+ Salesforce Quote to Cash (Q2C) experience delivering product features within the Salesforce ecosystem. 2+ years experience using Conga CRM. Force.com platform experience Agile Methodology experience. Proven capability to understand business strategies and application objectives and translate those requirements into effective implementation designs. Excellent written and visual communication skills, with the ability to clearly document requirements and process assets using text, diagrams, and videos. Clear verbal communicator, with the ability to effectively interact with the Business stakeholders to drive the discussion Self-directed, with the ability to break down a complex process, assign actions, and manage progress toward a set timeline. Certifications. Salesforce Administrator certification. Certified Product Owner OR Salesforce Business Analyst Ideal Mindset: Encouragement. You are the leader and provide motivation, direction, and support to your team. Problem Solver. You are creative but also practical in finding solutions to problems that may arise in the project to avoid potential escalations. Strong work ethic. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is $80.00hr To $85.00/hr. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
