Xometry is currently seeking a Salesforce Technical Project Manager/System Administrator squad leads, developers, and admins to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and work collaboratively with Salesforce Platform Team members to identify cross-team dependencies, order of execution, project dependencies, and timelines to accelerate the innovation of our global manufacturing marketplace.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 3 years of combined experience as Salesforce Technical Project Manager and Administrator, with experience managing multiple complex Salesforce projects across different teams/departments.
  • At least 3 years experience in project management or professional services where resources were shared among projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture.
  • Salesforce Administrator certifications
  • At least two (2) years experience as Scrum Master, or equivalent in Agile projects.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including but not limited to custom objects, assignment & validation rules, flow builder, roles, profiles, permission sets & security settings.Excellent communication skills & ability to translate technical requirements to business stakeholders.
  • High-Level understanding of Apex and Visualforce

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders; squad leads, developers, and admins to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects.
  • Work with admins and developers to identify cross-team dependencies, order of execution and project dependencies and timelines.
  • Own communication of project release dates, release notes, and UAT training.
  • and managr project release checklists.
  • Work with team leads to correctly allocate resources based on product priorities and project deadlines.
  • When not exercising your Salesforce Technical Project Manager duties, you will roll up your sleeves and work hands-on as a Salesforce system administrator.
  • Maintain, update, and own Salesforce release timelines.
  • Service as cross-squad(team) ScrumMaster
