Reporting into a technology leader, the Salesforce Software Engineer will be working in an agile environment as part of a positive, energizing, collaborative team developing software solutions to deliver on the needs of our customers on the Salesforce platform. As part of the daily effort, developers will

  • Implement new features on our apps, used by tens of thousands of users.
  • Code, code review, test, and debug.
  • Use the skills necessary to move product initiatives from system design all the way through to full delivery in a rapid development environment.
  • Work together as a team to solve problems and deliver solutions our customers love.

Responsibilities:

  • You can demonstrate a Salesforce experience.
  • You have experience and willingness to learn one or more Salesforce programming skills (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and Visualforce).
  • You have an understanding of Object-Oriented Programming concepts, as we like to write clean, testable, and maintainable code.
  • You have demonstrable project problem analysis/resolution skills
  • You are aware of innovative technologies and are always looking for ways to improve your craft and those around you. You thrive in a collaborative environment, pairing with business and operations to create the right user experience.
  • You have an understanding of Salesforce limits, patterns and best-practices.
  • You have knowledge of Agile development practices
  • You are a team player.
