As a Salesforce Solution Consultant at Arla, you will contribute on bringing Salesforce capabilities to our Lead to Cash processes at all its stages. You will collaborate with Architects, Developers, Solution Consultants and other team members to achieve our longterm goals. You will assist in designing and developing features to improve customer service business processes. This role reports to the IT Manager within IT Solutions Commercial ART Architecture department and to excel in this role, we envisage that you can check off the following qualifications:

• Understanding of the Salesforce platform and its broader ecosystem
• Focus on Salesforce Service and/or Sales Clouds
• Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
• Supporting on testing and deployment of solutions
• Working cross-functionally to build solid and stable solutions
• Troubleshooting platform issues
• Willingness to learn and grow within the rol
