KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 5+ years’ experience with planning, selling and/or delivering Salesforce projects
  • Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and interactive when online
  • Bachelor’s / Postgraduate degree or professional qualification in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, or a similar field of study
  • Salesforce Consultant certifications
  • Active in the Salesforce community
  • Experience supporting with pre-sales
  • Sales/Service Cloud Experience required
  • B2B/B2C Commerce Experience required
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other sales team members to develop tailored solutions and proposals, demonstrating the value of Salesforce implementations.
  • Conduct product demos, technical discovery sessions, and assist in drafting SOWs for potential clients.
  • Provide technical expertise to shape sales strategy, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling Salesforce products.
  • Lead the design and development of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
  • Gather and analyze requirements, translating them into scalable and efficient Salesforce configurations.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support sales efforts and ensure clear communication of solution capabilities to clients.
  • Lead and participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Share knowledge and best practices to promote professional development within the team.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and maximize the value of Salesforce within the organization.
