JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS
Location : Surulere, Oshodi, Ilupeju, Sabo Yaba, Lekki, Ajah or VI Lagos Only.
We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Insurance Ratail Sales And Marketing Representative to join our team and play a vital role in expanding our business. Your main task will be to actively seek out and acquire new clients by understanding their needs and preferences, and effectively selling insurance products that meet those requirements. Our goal is to build strong client relationships, drive business growth, and enhance our company’s reputation. You will be responsible for selling the company’s annuity for life pensions options to newly retired and existing retirees from private companies, state, and federal government organizations currently on program withdrawal. Rigorously prospect in all multinational submissions of proposals within the state with the purpose of selling the company’s investment-linked products and pure protection plans.
Responsibilities:
. Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote new insurance contracts or adjust existing ones.
. Enaging potential clients through networking, cold calling, referrals, and other avenues to establish rapport.
. Assess the insurance needs of both individuals and businesses and recommend appropriate protection plans.
Collect relevant information from clients to tailor solutions based on their risk profiles.
. Prepare reports for stakeholders to monitor the success of business initiatives.
. Maintain accurate records of transactions, sales, and contractual terms.
. Verify insurance claims to maintain trust and uphold our reputation.
. Stay updated on industry trends and apply relevant knowledge.
. Strictly adhere to all company-established policy obligations.
Qualifications:
HND/B.Sc. degree in a relevant field.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proven experience in providing client-focused solutions and building lasting relationships.
