Responsibilities:
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Velocity Truck Rental and Leasing, a division of Velocity Vehicle Group, is seeking a motivated Remarketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will primarily leverage online platforms to market our extensive inventory of used trucks, attracting buyers and facilitating the sale of fleet-maintained off-lease and rental units. With access to a large inventory and full support from senior leaders and administrative staff, you will have the resources needed to exceed sales objectives.
JOB DUTIES:
- Consistently post available units, special offers, and customer success stories on social media platforms.
- Develop and execute a results-driven marketing plan to increase sales.
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through strategic outreach and new opportunity identification.
- Utilize creative, innovative, and alternative marketing strategies to differentiate yourself and the Velocity brand from traditional dealerships.
- Provide persistent follow-up and timely customer support to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate effectively with sales, service, administration, and management teams to meet objectives.
- Uphold professionalism in all interactions with both external and internal customers.
