We are passionate about providing a high-quality, personalized experience to our clients and are looking for a motivated and skilled Saloon Manager to join our team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Saloon Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of talented professionals, and ensure exceptional service delivery in a busy and vibrant salon environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty treatments, possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and a drive to enhance client satisfaction.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in a salon, beauty, or wellness environment.
• Prior experience in managing a team is required; experience in any field is accepted.
• Expertise in one or more of the following areas: Haircuts, Makeup, Facials, Nails, Laser Treatments, or Waxing.
• Knowledge of facial and hair care is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Passion for the beauty industry and providing exceptional customer care.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous managerial experience in a beauty salon or spa environment.
• Knowledge of the latest beauty trends, products, and treatments.
• Certification or training in hairdressing, esthetics, or other beauty-related fields is a plus.

• Manage the overall operations of the salon, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Lead and motivate a team of stylists, estheticians, and other salon professionals.
• Ensure that all beauty services, including haircuts, makeup, facials, nails, laser treatments, and waxing, meet the highest standards.
• Provide exceptional customer service, address client concerns, and ensure a positive client experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and recommend new services or treatments to enhance our offerings.
• Train and mentor staff to improve performance and service quality.
• Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, payroll, and ordering supplies.
