SAM Analyst with German

YOUR DAY TO DAY:

The role is to manage requests for Software Assets and PC rights which facilitate our Vodafone colleagues with the necessary the tools to perform their day-to-day activities.

WITH THESE SKILLS YOU ARE A GREAT CANDIDATE:

• +2 years work experience on a ITIL organization, preferably on an Asset Management area;
• Ability to investigate opportunities for cost efficiencies through enterprise license agreements and re-use.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with teams across multi-functional boundaries
• Ability to work across cross-functional and cultural boundaries to deliver service and change.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills with the ability to balance conflicting interests.
• The ability to be an effective team player is essential
• Hands on experience of writing and adapting policies and procedures.
• High attention to details;
• High-level of willingness to learn;
• German and English speaker;
