JOB DESCRIPTION
ExacTech Inc., in Sturgeon Bay, WI is excited to be adding full time 2nd shift Sandblasters to our team. As part of a turnkey heavy fabrication team, Sandblasters are responsible for stripping a surface of dirt, rust, old paint, and grease, and prepares it for refinishing and repair using pneumatic, electrical, or mechanical equipment.
2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday 3:30PM-2:00AM (3-day Weekend)
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of corrosion-control methods and processes is desired
- Must be able to comply with instructions
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to operate required equipment in a safe and responsible manner
- Regular attendance required
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted

Responsibilities:
- Use abrasive blasting equipment to remove paint, grease, tar, rust, and dirt
- Responsible for the initial prep of large steel beams and other metal parts to prepare for Industrial Paint
- Use forklift to haul material, tools, and equipment
- Maintain equipment and work area
- All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned
