A software company based in Brussels and has a quarters in Gent that delivers SaaS in a human sized environment is looking for an experienced Fullstack-Developer.
As a senior engineer, you are responsible to increase the maturity of the entire team by growing talent activity via both on the job coaching as well as talent management.
Must have
Minimum 5 years of experience within software development
Thorough knowledge of Java Backend Development
Thorough knowledge of JavaScript (Angular)
Good understanding of the principles of Docker/ Kubernetes
Good knowledge of Dutch and/ or French with English
The willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge via self-learning
A team player with fluent communication skills
Not afraid to give your opinion
Able to work independently
Nice to have
Knowledge of Kafka is a big plus
Knowledge of Cloud (Azure or AWS)
Knowledge of different databases
MicroServices knowledge is a plus
Onsite policy: 2 days per week in office and 3 days from home in Gent or Brussels
