WHAT DOES IT TAKE TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 2 years’ experience preferably in a food manufacturing plant
• Valid Forklift License (an asset)
• Training in a related technical field (i.e., industrial manufacturing, general maintenance, etc.)
• Mechanical ability and experience using hand tools
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal.
• Willing to work flexible shifts
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and work well within a team environment.
