JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP ABAP Developer with expertise in HR ABAP Payroll, ODATA services, and a proven track record in managing upgrade projects, including retrofit changes and dual landscape maintenance. The ideal candidate will bring in-depth technical skills and the ability to deliver quality solutions in a collaborative environment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Proficiency in HR ABAP for Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), and Time Management.
• Expertise in ABAP development, including Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Adobe Forms, and advanced Debugging techniques.
• Hands-on experience with ODATA services and integration with SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
• Advanced knowledge of CDS Views and ABAP Managed Database Procedures (AMDP) for SAP HANA.
• Proven experience in managing upgrade projects and dual landscape maintenance.
• Familiarity with SAP Workflow configuration.

• Develop and enhance ABAP programs for HR Payroll, Personnel Administration (PA), and Time Management modules.
• Design and implement ODATA services to support SAP Fiori/UI5 applications.
• Lead and execute upgrade projects, ensuring efficient retrofit changes and seamless dual landscape maintenance.
• Create and optimize CDS Views and AMDP for SAP HANA to improve system performance.
• Collaborate with functional teams to support testing phases, including functional testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and go-live support.
• Establish and maintain high-quality development standards and best practices.
