WHAT WE LOOK FOR

We are seeking for a SAP Access Management Consultant, with a deep understanding of SAP’s Access Management technical components and the ability to maintain a big-picture overview of the key roles a Roles & Authorization stream must fulfill during a SAP Transformation for our experienced hire profile or the eagerness to learn and grow professionally in this domain for the consultant position.
You have a strong analytical mindset with the capability to troubleshoot complex issues, make informed decisions, and implement effective solutions. This role requires someone who can navigate around a diverse cultural environment, within both local and international projects, and can effectively contribute to a team.

TO QUALIFY FOR THIS ROLE, YOU MUST HAVE:

You have a good understanding or eagerness to learn business processes, connecting of how an SAP security and access management set-up impacts and drive business objectives. You are in a key role to help drive or contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and professional growth by updated on the latest SAP security trends, technologies, and best practices

• For Senior Consultant Role:
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP security along an S/4HANA transformation, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated ability to maintain a strategic outlook while ensuring the execution of technical activities.
• For Consultant Role:
• 2 years of experience in SAP security along an S/4HANA transformation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Senior Role:

• Lead and coordinate a team of SAP security experts to develop and implement security measures and authorization concepts.
• Oversee the design and development of SAP Access management governing processes and security roles to meet business needs without compromising security.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including IT, audit, compliance, and business units, to ensure a holistic approach to SAP security.
• Translating compliance frameworks into eGRC tooling, such as SAP IAG or SAP GRC
