SAP and 3rd party integration consultant

The 3rd party integration consultant will represent the Customer side in the program. The goal of the program is to undertake a complex redesign of business processes supported currently by SAP ECC, followed by the smart greenfield SAP S/4HANA system implementation. This multi-year transformation program is of huge magnitude and organized in multiple prerequisite projects and BPR process streams. This assignment requires a high level experience in SAP to 3rd party application integration with focus on the E2E business view.

Főbb feladataid lesznek

• consultancy and preparing decision making proposals on SAP to 3rd party integration topics
• ensuring consistent design, implementation and management of the integration solutions within the SAP S/4 HANA system
• acting as the Customer’s side inhouse system integrator consultant
• identifying and analysing 3rd party integration topics in the selected areas, supporting the Customer side and driving the conceptual planning considering the whole lifecycle of the project (later design, implementation and testing phases)
• preparation of operational and strategic decision proposals for different options or specific problems, supported with business cases
• in order to reach solution proposals, driving and moderating the discussions between IT and business areas to reach a consensus
• support and technical control of the Customer side in finding the best value-for-money solution considering the E2E business process view
• making sure that interfaces and functions are consistent between SAP S/4 and 3rd party systems both from IT and business process point of view (including functional consistency within the 3rd party app, but excluding functions inside SAP S/4)
• cooperation - on behalf of the Customer – with the Vendor side as well, supporting the whole team in finding the best technical solution

A pozícióhoz tartozó elvárások

• 8+ years’ experience on system integration activities on SAP transformation programs
• Exceptional ability to create a common ground between IT and Business
• Ability to present complex ideas in simple messages and communicate IT language in an easy-to-understand manner
• Can work on high level concepts, but when the time comes can drill down on problems for the details
• Knowledge of manufacturer company processes is an advantage
• Proficiency in English (knowledge of Hungarian language is only ‘nice to have’)
• Outstanding problem solving and strategical mindset
• Excellent communication, cooperation and presentation skills
• High level of commitment, initiative, flexibility and openness to innovations
• Motivating, demanding and encouraging consultant style for project teams
