Position Overview: As part of our continuous evolution, we are implementing SAP to our company. We are seeking a results-driven SAP specialist to lead our business’s SAP system integration. You will be consulting with senior management to determine our business needs, evaluating the performance of our IT infrastructure, and developing and deploying SAP solutions. To ensure success as an SAP consultant, you should possess extensive knowledge of IT system integration and the ability to accurately document SAP processes. An accomplished SAP consultant will be someone whose expertise results in optimized business operations.

EDUCATION:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field

EXPERIENCE:

• Specialization in project management, business administration, or a related field will be advantageous.
• SAP-accredited certification is preferred.
• At least 2-5 years experience as an SAP specialist or consultant in a similar industry.
• Current knowledge of SAP systems, deployment, and integration.
• Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Superb analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven experience in system troubleshooting, maintenance, and user support.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate them into ERP solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations and IT security best practices

COMPUTER SKILLS:

• 2-5 years SAP experience in consulting on SAP ECC or S4 HANA.
• Knowledge of SAP Best Practices with technical implementation experience.

• Determining business needs via consultation, business analysis, and targeted observations.
• Deploying SAP solutions and ensuring smooth system integration.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues to optimize performance.
• Providing SAP system support and end-user training.
• Performing rigorous documentation of SAP processes and presenting progress reports.
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
• Keeping abreast of the latest SAP offerings, updates, and developments.
• Assist the company in the selection, implementation, and support of SAP solutions, including design, configuration, and testing.
• Identify appropriate services and align all solutions with business and IT solution owners
• Manage SAP IT Solution implementations, including budget, resources, and timeline planning in accordance with the group IT Department.
• Write proposals and Statements of Work
• Lead assessments and explain requirements.
• Write deliverable reports and present findings.
• Support project organization for integration- and user acceptance test
• Experience in supporting Solutions end to end for proposals and project delivery.
• Experience in providing Technical Solution architecture throughout the project lifecycle (Business development, Presale, Scoping, Design, Development, and Ongoing operations).
• Experience in providing functional and business process expertise and participating in design activities and a gap analysis prior to the implementation
• Experience in delivery SAP Supply Chain and Logistic module implementations in client engagement.
