JOB DESCRIPTION:

• The ideal candidate will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of our SAP environment.
• Key duties include system installations, configurations, upgrades, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• The role requires strong technical expertise in SAP BASIS and excellent problem-solving skills, especially in the areas of SAP printer/output device management.
• The role also requires administration of non-netweaver SAP applications such as SAP Convergent Charging, SAP Convergent Mediation, SAP BusinessObjects, OpenText for SAP.

Key Responsibilities:

• Output Devices (Printers) administration in SAP systems.
• Understanding and creation of firewall rules in the template.
• Install, configure, and upgrade SAP systems and components.
• Perform SAP system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Manage SAP HANA database administration and maintenance.
• Implement and support SAP security policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other IT teams for infrastructure support.
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery planning.
• Provide end-user support and training as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• SAP BASIS Administration
• SAP HANA Database Administration
