As an IT Solution Owner for our EMEA team, you will be responsible for the End-to-End technical basis operations of SAP internal solutions + System landscapes as well as the integration with SaaS & PaaS solutions during the whole SAP system lifecycle. In close collaboration with SAP’s internal stakeholder teams your tasks include:

• Delivery of SAP Netweaver ABAP, J2EE and/ or 3rd Party based solutions by providing technical expertise and support
• Planning, setup, installation, configuration and Basis Administration of SAP technologies
• Proper documentation, definition of technical operational concepts and guidelines for your SAP system landscapes
• Collaborate with all required stakeholders inside and outside your area (interface between SAP Application & Infrastructure units)
• Roll out of gained basis technology Know-How to team members
• Work in a Agile meeting structure setup using the Jira & Kanban Methodology
• Drive Incident Resolution and Root Cause Analysis during System Outages
• Collaboration with your international team members in APJ and Americas in global projects

Optional: Development of scripts to solve and prevent problems on OS level; Work with SAP’s Business Technology Platform (BTP)
