- Minimum of 8+ years of BASIS experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Certifications in S/4 HANA Technical, Cloud ALM, BTP are desirable.
- Good S/4 HANA Experience.
- Provide support to operational activities and ensuring efficiency and alignment with project goals.
- Strong Experience in SAP database administration (HANA/MS SQL/MAX DB).
- Exhibit expertise in Change Management and Incident Management.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to deliver exceptional service to the customer and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate and manage Business As Usual (BAU) activities and continuous improvements.
- Regular interaction with the customer to provide BAU updates.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and third-party vendors for performance optimization and to meet security compliance of the SAP system.
- Adhere to SAP release practices and change management standards.
- Provide hands-on support for all BASIS tasks including system copy, client copy, upgrades, patching, HANA/Java CTS+ support, and Content Repository/Open Text configuration for archiving.
- Perform SAP system upgrades (ABAP/Java, Database: Oracle/HANA).
- Manage SAP and non-SAP connectivity, performance, high availability, and disaster recovery.
- Maintain daily operational procedures, task schedules, and documentation to ensure a stable SAP operating environment.
- Utilize Revtrac for SAP transports and JAMS for job scheduling.
- Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues to optimize system performance.
- Conduct SAP database administration (HANA/MS SQL/MAX DB), monitoring, and performance tuning. Certification is a plus.
- Configure and support SSO/SAML/SSL/SNC on all SAP systems.
- Support additional SAP applications like Solution Manager, Portal, and SAP PI/PO.
- Provide on-call production support to resolve production issues during business execution.
- Exhibit expertise in Change Management and Incident Management.
- Experience with Cloud services like MS Azure is an advantage.
- Operate within systems like SUSE Linux and Windows.
- Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
