Description:
We are hiring a SAP Business Analyst (Finance) in Cluj-Napoca to be part of our global Finance Integrated Solutions (FIS) team! Join a dynamic finance team where you’ll play a key role in driving global projects and improving processes! MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- You have at least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, or in a similar role.
- SAP Finance modules (basic system configuration knowledge).
- You have proven experience of being involved in process improvement initiatives.
- You have an advanced level of English, both spoken and written.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance or information systems.
- Hands on experience with S4Hana.
- Project experience in a leading role (small-medium size projects) or a supporting role (large enterprise projects)

Responsibilities:
- Participate in global, cross-functional projects where Finance is a stakeholder and own small to medium functional continuous improvement projects.
- Support and enhance existing software solutions and transition to new software solutions.
- Ensure integration of financial systems and data sources through compliance and control best practices.
- Ensure reliability and consistency of key master data.
- Perform data wrangling and analysis and complete analysis with minimal supervision.
- Ensure that our various systems and ledgers are linked through appropriate and timely reconciliations; provide support & mentoring to our business partners across the organization globally.
- Support the monthly closing process as required.
