As a leading digital commerce agency, we’re looking for an experienced SAP Business Analyst/Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you’ll work closely with our clients, internal technical team, and related third parties to analyse, design, and document technical solutions to meet their business objectives. You’ll be involved in the full project life cycle, from eliciting business requirements to user acceptance testing and system implementation.

Primary responsibilities:

• Conducting research and analysis of existing SAP systems and capabilities to understand client needs
• Leading platform-agnostic discoveries to find the best fitting solutions
• Taking charge of end-to-end re-platform projects for SAP eCommerce platforms
• Leading Mobile App projects
• Creating, owning, and managing functional scope
• Understanding client business needs and processes
• Assisting clients in building roadmaps and grooming requirements backlog

REQUIREMENTS

We’re seeking candidates with the following qualifications and skills:

• In-depth knowledge and expertise in SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris)
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as Product Cockpit, SAP ERP, etc.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) solutions in end-to-end project lifecycles
• Strong understanding of SAP modules such as OMS, PIM, ERP, etc.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality SAP solutions in end-to-end project lifecycles
• Experience in testing and ensuring developed solutions meet clients’ business needs and expectations
• Ability to act as a subject matter expert and provide innovative solutions to client challenges
• Proficiency in coordinating with offshore teams and vendors across different time zones
• Previous experience with B2B and B2C eCommerce implementations
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of web standards, best practices, and latest online trends is a plus
