JOB SUMMARY:

The UK-based SAP Business ByDesign (ByDesign) Project Manager will be responsible for delivering NTT’s ByDesign project implementations in the UK and Ireland.

REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Significant ERP implementation experience with ByDesign emphasis desirable.
• Experience managing technical, cross-functional professional services teams (e.g., consulting, implementation, development) and delivery partners.
• Experience in managing multiple projects of varying sizes.
• Ability to manage 2 to 6 projects at once, depending on project size.
• Ability to maintain a professional demeanour in times of high stress.
• Ability to work within a multi-cultural environment.
• Proven leadership skills with ability to engage, mobilise and motivate multiple teams.
• Excellent English, verbal and written, communication required.

• Provide guidance with process design.
• Manages day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects.
• Anticipates client’s needs and proposes alternative business solutions as required.
• Continually seeks and capitalises upon opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
• Possesses a knowledge base of each client’s business, organisation and objectives.
• Maintain client engagement through regular meetings and status reports.
• Ensure that project deliverables conform to the quality standards being defined in the professional services quality management plan.
• Serve as a key participant and facilitator in team and client meetings.
• Maintains clear and up to date project documentation.
• Confronts issues openly and in a timely manner.
• Effectively communicates relevant project information to superiors and peers in the business.
• Tactfully communicates sensitive information.
