SAP BUSINESS PROCESS LEAD, GEM

We are looking for a SAP Business Process Lead in our SAP BPL Team in GEM.
You are responsible to provide Project, Business and Development support to GEM Supply Chain, supporting applications and working on technology related projects to facilitate efficient operations and to optimize existing processes.

• Spearhead and safeguard SAP ECC to S4 HANA transition in the GEM region.
• Capture, define and translate Business requirements
• Perform unit and formal testing including test cases, test scripts and test data preparation, communicate testing results to Corporate IT
• Supervise and safeguard the Go-Lives, perform hypercare activities and resolve the issues
• Providing high level support and coordination of support for SAP and other Global and Local applications and systems ensuring a high level of responsiveness and satisfaction
• Log and manage Tickets for SAP support and Global and Local applications to remediate disturbances in the day-to-day operations
• Collaborate with Corporate IT on issue resolution
• Manage SAP Users Requests
• Identify areas for improvement
• Work with department colleagues to deliver solutions
• Acting as Subject Matter Expert by providing expertise and support on SAP Business Processes and Systems.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing reported problems and working to understand and correct problems as well as recommending workarounds
• Creating and maintaining all required technical documentation
