About the job
Your mission is to ensure the smooth operation and evolution of the Order to Cash process. You’ll focus on SAP and interfaces, participate in exciting projects, and deliver top-notch IS services that exceed business expectations. Your scope covers all relevant areas in Danone Benelux, with work locations in Brussels and Rijswijk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Keep Things Running: Manage day-to-day support for IS applications in the Sales domain, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Debugging: finding and fixing errors or bugs in the source code of the software
- User Support: Provide effective functional support based on internal SLAs and KPIs.
- Stay Sharp: Continuously develop knowledge of business processes and applications.
- Spot Opportunities: Identify chances for application improvements.
- Project Power: Participate in or lead projects as part of the Master Plan.
- Collaborate: Work with internal and external partners, including DAN’IS teams and EDI partners.
About you
- Tech Savvy: Strong SAP knowledge, especially in SD/MM. EDI and interfaces are a plus.
- Education: Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Languages: Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus

- Management Skills: Experience in sales operations and supply chain management. Customer-oriented with empathy.
