Business Transformation Services (BTS) is the management consulting unit within SAP, assisting customers to benefit from technology and digitalization in their business. At BTS, we act as trusted advisors and support our customers with planning and orchestrating their cloud transformation projects both from a business perspective as well as the corresponding IT capabilities. Together we help customers in the private and public sector solve their most pressing digitization topics. In BTS you work with a variety of experts in a multi-disciplinary environment of highly motivated and experienced colleagues. You increase the customer’s value by:

• Develop and put into practice business capabilities and IT-strategies towards a digital transformation
• Prepare investment decisions based on value assessments and business case examinations (WHY)
• Develop best-fit SAP cloud platform and application architecture (WHAT) followed by transformation roadmaps in close collaboration with process and solution experts (HOW)
• Support large customer transformation processes as a transformation manager and advise

THE ROLE

For our Hungarian branch with a focus on the local market we are looking for an experienced IT-generalist to join our local team of Business Transformation Services as part of a regional team (Switzerland & Central and Eastern Europe).

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for advisory minded colleagues with solid industry, process and SAP product and architecture experience from a multi-national environment to guide deciders. As a BTS consultant, you advice customers on how to develop and implement business processes and IT strategies.
