In our HRT (Heating and Refrigeration Technologies) division, our proven comprehensive portfolio - including heat pumps - plays a crucial role towards the decarbonization of cities and the reduction of global CO₂ emissions.
Our HRT division is now seeking a skilled and motivated individual to be responsible for the setup and validation of Master Data, as part of GEA’s global transition to the SAP S/4Hana system. You will play an integral role throughout the project rollout phases, from data readiness assessments and mobilisation, through to the hyper-care and life-support stages. Post migration, you will be responsible for validation of open items and overall data quality, plus responsible for adequate data quality for the division during roll-out and quality improvements after go live.

Responsibilities:
- Manage data migration through the program phases and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Oversee maintenance of data and adherence to quality guidelines.
- Establish divisional data cleansing activities in collaboration with global Data Lead.
- Execute data cleansing and validation efforts.
- Initiate and track divisional data quality improvement measures.
- Conduct data mappings and lead divisional data experts.
- Report status, progress, risks, and issues to the global Data Team.
- Ensure divisional alignment with global data standards.
- Support Divisional Implementation Manager with data migration planning and execution.
- Provide insights to Divisional Lead Key User on data-related requirements.
- Collaborate with Local Data Experts to ensure consistency and accuracy of local data.
- Aid in the transition of data responsibilities to Local Implementation Manager for local rollouts.
- Support Divisional Test Coordinator with data setup for testing activities.
- Focus on Master Data topics and issue resolution concerning rollout efforts
Your profile and qualifications:
Your Profile & Qualifications:
- 5+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX and SAP as a key user, in a controlling or finance function preferred
- Experience with SAP roll-out
- Experience in structuring and leading change projects in an international complex matrix environment
- A proven track record of relevant practical experience with master data management activities, preferably in an engineering context
- Analytical capabilities, problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically
- Ideally Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics / Data Science / Computer Science or similar
- English (working proficient)
