• Relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 8+ years’ experience with SAP BODS, Data migration and ETL processes.
• Experience in data management and migration in end to end S4HANA implementations.
• Good knowledge of SAP Data Migration Cockpit, ability to enhance DMC and experience of debugging and isolating DMC issues.
• Experience in migrating data including legacy data clean-up for multiple SAP modules – FI, EAM, SD, PR, SC, PS and cross functional and core data objects – Business Partners, Material Master.
• Strong experience in client engagement and management skills.
• Strong capability to lead design, build, testing and deployment for data migration team with indepth functional and technical experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
• Strong experience in a similar SAP BI Lead role for a large organisation.
• Extensive experience SAP BW, SAP BO and SAC administration, configuration, development and support, including security and performance tuning.
• SAP certification in BODS, BO, BW will be treated as an added advantage.
• Experience with SAP ABAP, LSMW, Recording, Debugging will be a treated as a huge advantage.
• Relevant hands on IS-U functional experience, with knowledge in the following areas:
• Experience in Fiori Design patterns, expertise in UI Theme designer
• Experience in Fiori Launchpad configuration
• Configuring Standard Fiori Applications like Transactional, Analytical etc.
• Extending Standard Fiori applications, like Extending the View, Controls etc.
• Experience working with the languages (e.g. SAPUI5, JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, jQuery).
• Developing Custom SAP UI5 applications and Troubleshooting.
• Should be able to work on Incidents and Change requests(RFC) and supporting the functionality.
• Should be able to work on SAP WebIDE Tool and GitHub Repository for version control.

• Build Data Design and Data Migration Strategy including methodology definition and mapping to S4HANA from various legacy environments.
• Prepare and execute data migrations including building detailed migration plan.
• Lead data design workshops as required.
• Design, build, test and deploy data migration ETL programs especially using BODS and Data Migration Cockpit.
• Design training workshops to assist client with understanding data cleaning processes developed based on the business processes.
• Lead small sized skilled senior and junior project teams for data migration and Business intelligence projects.
• Define Business Intelligence reporting and implementation strategy using SAP reporting tools.
• Manage stakeholders, meetings, workshops and discuss solution designs.
• Provide estimates for projects and enhancements.
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
• Map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications to satisfy clients’ needs.
• Design, customize, configure and testing of FIORI Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
• Handle changes or emergency transports as needed for high priority issues.
• Document functional designs, test cases and results.Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
