Description:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree, e.g., in Computer Science, or a similar education.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in modern Data Migration Technologies / Tools and SAP Modules.
- Very good understanding of SAP Modules such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, and HR from a functional and technical point of view.
- Project experience with SAP Business Suite and / or S/4HANA implementation or rollout projects, mergers, or divestitures.
- Good knowledge with classical migration approaches leveraging tools like SAP Migration Cockpit / App, LSMW, SAP ABAP development and / or ETL tools from SAP (e.g., Data Services) or alternative providers.
- Strong customer orientation combined with consulting competence and self-assertion.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English.
NICE TO HAVE:
- Good knowledge with System Landscape Optimization (SLO) based migration approaches, leveraging tools from SAP or alternative providers.
- SAP certification in Data Migration or SAP modules/ technologies.
- Project experience with SAP Business Suite and/ or S/4HANA mergers or divestitures.

Responsibilities:
- Requirements analysis and selection of suitable approaches and tools for data migration in the SAP environment.
- Develop migration concepts and approaches for data migrations in the ERP world and for the conversion to S/4HANA.
- Design and implement data migrations based on the DXC Data Migration Engine, special SLO migration tools from SAP and alternative providers as well as classic migration tools.
- Implement migration concepts - identify and document migration objects, develop and configure data selections, mapping rules etc.
- Execute data migrations, support reconciliations, document migration results or provide migration protocols.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving during migration projects.
- Consult and implement data migrations from a functional and technical point of view.
- Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into migration concepts.
- Work on national and international projects together with our customers in various industries and countries.
