Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teams to understand processes, map data, and document conversion rules for S/4 HANA migration.
- Develop and implement SAP migration solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and risk mitigation.
- Oversee coding and software development activities for migration tools and scripts.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication.
- Guide and support junior technicians, managing workloads and task prioritization.
- Identify risks, resolve migration issues, and ensure a smooth transition to S/4 HANA.
