REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2. Proven experience as SAP Data Migration Specialist or similar role with 8+ years in SAP data migration projects.
3. Expertise in SAP data migration tools such as SAP Data Services, LSMW, etc., and ETL processes.
4. Strong knowledge of data mapping, data quality management, HANA DB and SQL queries.
5. Experience with database management systems such as Oracle, SQL Server, SAP HANA.
6. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data migration issues and discrepancies.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
8. Certification in relevant SAP modules and data migration tools is a plus.

1. Configure and optimize data migration and transformation tools to meet project requirements.
2. Execute data migration and transformation activities across various projects.
3. Manage and maintain data load and migration processes for SAP and non-SAP product.
4. Develop and implement load programs using ABAP, LSMW, LTMC/Migration Cockpit, ALE, and other SAP tools.
5. Perform manual data transformation and loading from legacy systems to SAP.
6. Automate data loads using SAP or other automated tools.
7. Collaborate with Functional Consultants to validate data and resolve errors during data migration.
8. Ensure accountability for all data loads into SAP systems. Use of EMIGALL is plus.
9. Transferring and writing back specific data from HANA runtime to HANA Enterprise Database as per project need.
10. Plan cutover activities and gather business and functional requirements, creating functional specifications and use case data flow diagrams.
11. Utilize Microsoft Excel, Project, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and other MS Office products for data analysis and documentation.
12. Stay updated with SAP advancements and best practices in data migration methodologies.
13. Certify CMDG1909 - SAP Certified Associate - SAP Master Data Governance is plus.
14. Trained in Data Migration using the SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit.
15. Migrating Data Using Files and Staging Tables, Adapting Migration Objects Using the Migration Object Modeler, Migrating Data Using Direct Transfer, Creating Your Own Migration Object.
16. Working knowledge with HANA enterprise edition to load the selective data from HANA run time.
17. Data identification, migration and mapping expertise with HANA and third-party platform.
18. SAP FI background is preferred.
