Description:
As the Data Migration Team Lead, you will help enhance and implement the SAP and MES Data Migration Strategy for our clients SAP projects. Your role involves leading a small team and coordinating regional efforts and ensuring synergy across projects.
Tasks
- Improve and execute the SAP and MES Data migration strategy.
- Document the SAP and MES Data entity model with the Data Migration Manager and functional teams.
- Ensure data integrity for the global template.
- Lead and manage a team of Data Migration Experts.
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to execute the Data Migration Strategy.
- Provide weekly status reports on Data Migration activities.
- Design, plan, and monitor Data Migration test cycles.
- Manage data-related fault resolution during testing.
- Coordinate site data cleansing activities.
- Implement ETL processes and protocols.
- Design specifications for Data Extracts, Translations, and Loads.
- Work with the basis team to maintain data environment integrity.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience managing Data Migration and ERP Integration projects.
- Experience in people management.
- Full lifecycle SAP experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Broad understanding of SAP systems and business functions.
- Knowledge of ETL methodology, tools, and processes.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
