SAP FI-CO Business Systems Specialist and Service Delivery Manager

We are looking for a skilled SAP FICO Business Systems Specialist and Service Delivery Manager to manage and optimize our SAP systems for Financial and Controlling processes. If you have extensive SAP ECC – S/4HANA FI and CO knowledge, and experience in service value stream management, we want to hear from you!
Business Systems Technical Expertise:
Manage and configure SAP FI/CO systems, ensuring seamless integration with other components.
Oversee customizing implementation tasks.
Act as the technical solution template keeper.
Service Value Stream Management:
Optimize end-to-end service value streams (user requests, incident management, change requests).
Implement service management best practices (e.g., ITIL).
Contribute to transformation projects involving SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
Maintain technical and functional documentation.
Drive and monitor AMS partners for Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement.
Business Acumen and Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain relationships with business stakeholders.
Serve as a technical advisor and business partner.
Liaise between business partners and IT teams.
Provide technology insights to support Financial and Controlling objectives.
Knowledge of International Financial processes and Industrial Manufacturing, Machinery, and Components (IM&C) business processes.
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Economics, Business, IT, Engineering, or related field.
Proven expertise in SAP ECC – S/4HANA FI and CO modules.
Relevant SAP certifications are a plus.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with IT service management frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
