WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years of work experience in consulting company or within the IT department of an SAP Customer, delivering implementation services for various customers
  • Very good knowledge of financial business or controlling processes
  • Strong knowledge and experience with SAP FI S/4Hana configuration; SAP CO would be an added advantage
  • Experience or knowledge in the integration with the other modules
  • Experience in working in virtual teams and international environment

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

  • University degree – Economics, Informatics, Computer Science, Polytechnics
  • High customer orientation, service attitude and business acumen
  • Proven communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing, mentoring, decision making and meeting facilitation skills
  • Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services

Responsibilities:

  • Drive business process consulting by translating customer business processes into IT solutions, including quality assurance
  • Plan and personalise the customer journey while maintaining global scalability and consistency
  • Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
  • Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
  • Support pre-sales activities
  • Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies
  • Support escalated projects
  • Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise
  • Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure, ambiguity and changes
