SAP FICO Lead Consultant

ERP Savvy is seeking a highly experienced SAP FICO Lead Consultant to join our team in San Diego, CA. The ideal candidate will have over 13 years of expertise in SAP Financial Accounting and Controlling (FICO) with a strong focus on General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). This role requires a proven track record of successful implementations and optimizations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 13+ years of experience in SAP FICO with a focus on GL, AP, and AR.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and regulations.
• Proven experience in leading SAP FICO projects and teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work onsite in San Diego, CA.

PREFERRED SKILLS:

• SAP certification in FICO.
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Previous experience in a consulting environment.

• Lead and manage SAP FICO projects from inception to completion.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP FICO solutions with a focus on GL, AP, and AR to meet client requirements.
• Provide expert advice on SAP FICO best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP FICO processes.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to provide innovative solutions.
